Brief:
A private school located in Scottsdale, Arizona requested to build a decorative staircase enclosure. The client wanted to capture a wild stallion existing in the Arizona desert. The silhouette of this horse next to an ocotillo plant was CNC routed onto 1/8 inch aluminum panels that made up the staircase structure. Each dot was placed by hand to eventually make up the entire image that is shown on the panels.
